Yesterday was interesting. I received 17 (yes, 17!) rejection emails from firms I had contacted back in August. I guess they wanted to wait until after the holidays to tell me "thanks, but no thanks". And of course, I received another rejection letter in the mail. The rejector?

Happy Birthday to Me?

Today is my birthday. It's the birthday I thought I'd be celebrating while having an offer for employment with a great firm when I graduate. It hasn't come to be. Instead, I'm still staring squarely in the face of graduating with no offer and scrambling for the scrap jobs with all the students who actually did poorly in law school, unlike myself.
